Stratum is a 12-week, one-to-one coaching programme for clinicians in their first year of a leadership role. Together, we’ll work on the real challenges in front of you, using the three shifts every new NHS leader needs to make:

- From reacting to influencing: handle difficult conversations, and lead former peers, with confidence.
- From today to the bigger picture: see patterns, make better decisions and lead beyond firefighting.
You’ll finish with clarity and confidence about your leadership style, confidence in your decisions, and a way of leading that stays true to your values.
£495, or 3 monthly payments of £165. Many clinicians can use CPD or study-leave funding.
